- Pricing
- The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out in the web site. We try to ensure that the prices are current at all times, however we reserve the right to change the price we will charge you, in certain circumstances beyond our control. Should this be the case, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your order. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date you place your order.
- Availability
- If, for any reason, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible. You will be refunded the cost of the goods and may choose to cancel the whole order within 30 days..
- Acceptance
- There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us. Order status may be checked daily by calling our Customer Service line 01329 845979.
- Delivery
- All deliveries will be charged at a standard £8 to mainland UK, deliveries outside of the UK can be made but will be calculated and you will be informed after placing the order. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. Please note that we can only deliver products within England, Scotland and Wales & Northern Ireland. All deliveries are by Royal Mail Recorded delivery or a courier selected by us. We do our best to secure delivery within 5 working days from the date of your order but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control. If we cannot deliver within this time we shall attempt to notify you immediately by email or phone and try to agree an alternative date with you. If we cannot agree an alternative date, you will be offered a refund of the cost of the goods and the delivery charge..
- Cancellation
- You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 calendar days after the day following the delivery, by advising our Customer Services department by or e-mail to sales@rnjdevelopments.com. In the event that the goods have already been dispatched at the date of receipt of your cancellation of the order, you must return the goods to us unopened and at your cost and we will credit you with the price of the goods within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. The cost of return carriage must be borne by you. Special ordered items i.e. items that are not normally a stocked may not be returned, you will be notified of this at the time of ordering all items that appear on the website are not special order items. Electrical components may not be returned. All items that are returned that have been correctly supplied carry a 20% restocking charge If you do not return the goods within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, your payment will be refunded after deducting the cost of recovering the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights..

- General
- These Trading Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts. If any of these Trading Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Trading Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, provided any contract made under these Trading Terms is capable of continuing in existence.
